Ingredients for Mango Coconut Lime Popsicles

There are only 4 simple ingredients in these delicious refreshing popsicles!

Frozen Mango – Grab a bag of your favorite frozen mango! I love using frozen mango instead of fresh as fresh mangoes can be a pain to cut and are sometimes hard to find here in Minnesota! Mangoes are high in potassium too which is a definite bonus!

Sweetened Coconut Yogurt – This recipe calls for sweetened coconut yogurt for the creamy base!

The ingredients for mango coconut lime popsicles including a bowl of frozen mango chunks, coconut yogurt, two fresh limes and a small bowl of agave syrup.

Fresh Limes – Fresh lime juice adds a bright flavor to this as well as helps thin the mixture to the right consistency. Please use fresh limes for the best results!

Agave Syrup – Instead of added sugar, we’ll use a little agave syrup to sweeten these coconut mango popsicles.

Equipment Needed to Make Popsicles

To make coconut mango popsicles you will need the following 4 ingredients:

Blender – I love the ninja blender personally!

Popsicle Molds – These silicone popsicle molds are amazing and can be used again and again! I love using them for all my popsicle recipes!

Wooden Popsicle Sticks – You’re going to need something to add to the popsicle to hold it by right!?!

If you need to thin the mixture a little, add a little water until you reach the right consistency – not too thick and not too thin!

Pour the puréed mango mixture evenly into the popsicle mold and add a popsicle stick to each mold.

How do you store homemade popsicles?

If you’re anything like my family, you make homemade popsicles constantly! I transfer my mango coconut lime popsicles to individual plastic popsicle bags, so I can free up my mold for the next batch! You can freeze your homemade popsicles for 2–3 months, but I doubt they’ll last that long!

What if I don’t have popsicle molds?

No worries! I also love to use these popsicle bags to make homemade popsicles! You can also use small Dixie cups and a popsicle stick as well! I’ve made many popsicles this way before I got my silicone popsicle molds!
