Ingredients
For the Big Mac Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

- ½ tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 6–8 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 12 mini slider buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

How To Make It
1. Make the big mac sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, paprika, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

2. cook the beef
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Break the meat apart with a spatula and cook until browned (about 7–10 minutes).
Drain excess grease and set the seasoned beef aside.

3. Assemble the Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Slice slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
