Ingredients for Drunken Meatballs
With only four ingredients and a simple recipe this is an easy one to remember! It’s as simple as one bag, one bottle of chili sauce, one bottle of beer, and one cup of brown sugar!
Frozen Meatballs – If you want to make your own homemade meatballs, go ahead but it’s unnecessary here! You can use any kind you like – beef, turkey, or pork meatballs.
Chili Sauce – I think this is the star of the show. You can find this in the ketchup aisle in the grocery store.
Brown Sugar – These are sweet chili meatballs and the brown sugar gives them a sweet taste to match the slight spice of the chili sauce.
Beer – Grab a bottle of beer. Any kind will work, although I don’t suggest a dark beer.

Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray for easier clean-up. I’m a huge fan of easy clean up after all!
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and give it all a good stir! Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Yup, that’s it. I told ya it was easy!
Serve alone or as part of an appetizer buffet with a variety of finger foods!
Tips & Variations
As I mentioned you can use your favorite homemade meatball recipe or frozen meatballs. Feel free to use pork, turkey, or beef meatballs.
