Chicken Broth – Using chicken broth instead of water to mix in will give you a richer chicken flavor. However, if you don’t have chicken broth on hand, feel free to use water instead.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts – Putting boneless skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot creates tender chicken that’s perfect for shredding. Feel free to substitute chicken breasts with chicken thighs!

I can’t tell you how easy this 4 ingredient slow cooker chicken and stuffing is! Honestly, it’s probably one of my favorite dump-and-go crockpot meals and my kids and family love it!

Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray for easier cleanup. Then place your thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and season them with a little salt and pepper. Pour half of the chicken broth over the chicken breasts.

In a mixing bowl, mix together the stuffing mix, the cream of chicken soup, and the remaining chicken broth until well combined.

Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
