Ingredients

ground beef

salsa

packet
taco seasoning or 4 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning

cup
water

cooked chicken
shredded
1-2
cups
Mexican cheese or cheddar cheese
shredded
3-5
small colorful peppers

cup
diced tomatoes
2
cups
shredded lettuce

cup
guacamole
½
cup
sour cream

cup
taco sauce or hot sauce

hard taco shells
8
soft tortillas
Instructions
Over medium high heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through.
Add the taco seasoning, reserving a tablespoon for the chicken, and 1/4 cup of water. Mix until well combined
Add 1/2 of the jar of salsa and heat, stirring until well combined.
Reheat the cooked shredded chicken and mix in a bit of the taco seasoning.
Place a serving dishes of the taco meat and the chicken in the center of the charcuterie bowl.
Place the taco shells on one side of the board and the tortillas on the opposite side.
Add all of your toppings to bowls and arrange around the meat and next to the hard taco shells and tortillas.
Add serving utensils and enjoy!
