raw honey

Blueberries
Instructions
Mash the banana in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add the oats and the honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and divide the oats mixture evenly between 6 muffin cups.
Push the oats mixture to the edges and bottom to form little cups.
Freeze the muffin pan for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350° F.
Bake the cups for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Evenly fill each granola cup with yogurt.
Top with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
Serve immediately!
