Ingredients

cranberry juice

orange juice
fresh squeezed or bottled

blood oranges

fresh cranberries

club soda

cup
simple syrup
Instructions
1. Slice one blood orange and add to a pitcher.
2. Add fresh cranberries to the pitcher and muddle the fruit.
3. Add all remaining ingredients except the Prosecco. Stir.
4. Allow to chill in the fridge for 24 hours.
5. Gently stir in Prosecco and serve with remaining fruit for garnish.

Notes
You can use freshly squeezed blood oranges but I recommend buying at least 3-4 blood oranges if you want to go this way. One to muddle, 1-2 to squeeze, and one for garnish.
