4slicesof cheddar cheese
4slicesof prosciutto
4slicesof Italian salami
1 ½tbspsalted butter
1garlic clove
½tspdried oregano
½tspchili paprika
A few sprigs of fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). For faster results, use a fan oven or air fryer.
Prepare the Garlic Butter
Blend together the following:
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 ½ tbsp of salted butter (softened)
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp chili paprika
A pinch of salt
A handful of fresh parsley (chopped).
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Bagels
Slice the bagels in half and spread the garlic butter evenly on each half.
Layer each bagel with:
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 slice of Italian salami
1 slice of prosciutto.
Add the Eggs
Create a small indentation or hole in the center of the prosciutto on each bagel.
Crack an egg carefully into each hole, letting the whites spread slightly. (Don’t worry if some spills over—it adds character!)
Bake the Bagels
Sprinkle each assembled bagel with a pinch of chili paprika and salt.
Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 13–16 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the prosciutto is golden and crispy.
Garnish and Serve
Remove the bagels from the oven and let them cool for 2–4 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for an added burst of flavor.
