These Valentine's Day Cake Pops are a simple, romantic treat with minimal effort. They’re made with cake mix + frosting, dipped in pink and white chocolate, then finished with hearts, sprinkles, and little love notes.
½–2/3 cup ready-made frostingany flavor that matches the cake
12ozwhite chocolate chips or white candy meltsfor coating
Pink or red gel food coloringoptional

Instructions
Bake cake
Prepare and bake the cake according to the package directions. Cool completely.
Crumble
Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
Mix with frosting
Add frosting a little at a time and mix until the crumbs hold together like dough (you should be able to roll it without it crumbling).
Shape
Roll into 1-inch balls (or shape into hearts). Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes untl firm.
Add sticks
Melt a small amount of white chocolate. Dip the tip of each stick into melted chocolate, insert about halfway into each cake pop, then chill 10–15 minutes to set.
Melt coating
Melt remaining white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between, until smooth. Divide and tint half pink if desired.
Dip
Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, gently tapping to remove excess. Add sprinkles before the coating sets.
Set + decorate
Let cake pops set upright in a stand/foam block or on parchment. Add heart candies and writing icing once coating is firm.
