Instructions
Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to blend.
Just before serving, add the carbonated water to the cranberry lime mixture. Stir gently to keep the bubbles lively.
Pour the mocktail into the glasses and garnish with fresh cranberries, a lime slice, and a sprig of mint.
Serve immediately while chilled and bubbly.
Notes
Adjust the simple syrup based on how sweet your cranberry juice is and how tart you like your mocktail.
For extra flavor, muddle a few mint leaves in the glass before adding the drink.
For make-ahead prep, mix the cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in advance. Add carbonated water right before serving.
