Line a baking sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the red, white, and blue candy melts per package directions.
Using a spoon scoop the candy melts over the top of one end of the pretzels.
Roll as you are scooping and then tap lightly to get excess candy melts off the pretzel.
Place on parchment paper.
Before the candy melts dry, add the white pearl sprinkles to the blue pretzels, the red sprinkles to the white pretzel rods, and the star sprinkles to the red pretzel rods.
If you don't want the pretzel rod to have a flat side from drying on the parchment paper you can make holes in an empty box such as a shoe box or cereal box. Instead of laying them on parchment paper, stand the chocolate-dipped pretzel rod into one of the holes in the box so the chocolate can dry without getting a flat side. For best results, I recommend working with one color candy melt at a time so the first chocolate-dipped pretzel rod doesn't dry before you are ready to add the sprinkles.
