Instructions
Make the Rosemary Syrup
In a small pot, mix sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs. Heat on medium, stirring until the sugar melts. Take it off the heat.
Let the syrup cool with the rosemary in it to get more flavor. After it cools, take the rosemary sprigs out.
Put the Drink Together
Fill two glasses with ice.
Add 2 tablespoons of rosemary syrup to each glass (add more or less if you want it sweeter).
Pour 1 cup of grapefruit juice into each glass.
Squeeze half a lime into each glass.
Add 1 cup of sparkling water or club soda to each glass.
Stir lightly to mix everything.
Add Toppings and Serve
Put a grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig in each glass if you want to make it pretty.
Drink it right away and enjoy your tasty mocktail!
Notes
If you like it less sweet, use less syrup. You can also make the syrup ahead and keep it in the fridge for a few days!
How to Store
Drink it fresh for the best taste! You can keep the rosemary syrup in the fridge for up to a week, but mix the drink right before serving.
