Celebrate Earth Day with these adorable Chocolate Peanut Butter Mini Earths, a fun and delicious treat that's perfect for kids and families to enjoy together while promoting environmental awareness.
Place the green chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag and cut a tiny hole in the tip. Pipe small green shapes randomly inside each semi-sphere slot. Place the mold in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Melt the Blue Chocolate
Follow the same melting instructions for the blue chocolate. Use a small spoon to scoop out the melted blue chocolate and fill each semi-circle slot. Use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate evenly. Repeat for each slot and freeze for 10 minutes.
Melt the Brown Chocolate
Melt the brown chocolate in the same way. Scoop out the melted chocolate and spread it in the semi-sphere slots, covering the blue layer. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and butter until smooth.
Assemble the Mini Earths
Once the chocolate is set, scoop a small amount of the peanut butter mixture onto the top of each chocolate-filled semi-sphere. Use the back of a spoon to smooth out the top.
Finish with Brown Chocolate
Use the remaining brown chocolate to cover each semi-sphere slot. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Unmold and Serve
Remove the mold from the freezer and carefully push each mini earth out of the mold. Serve and enjoy!
