Dark & Stormy Cocktail with Ginger Beer and Dark Rum

- 2 oz dark rum preferably Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
- 5 oz ginger beer
- Ice
- Lime wedge or wheel for garnish
Instructions
Chill the Glass
- Fill a highball glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the ingredients.
Combine the Ingredients
- Discard the ice from the glass. Fill it with fresh ice, pour in the ginger beer, and then slowly float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
Garnish
- Add a lime wedge or wheel for garnish.
