A delicious baked chicken coated in a sweet honey curry sauce topped with bacon!

Ingredients
4
chicken breasts
halved lengthwise

cup
all-purpose flour
6
slices
bacon
½
cup
honey

Tablespoons
yellow mustard

tsp
salt

tsp
curry powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Cut chicken in half lengthwise.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon from the skillet reserving the drippings in the pan. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
Coat the chicken in the flour.
Add the chicken to the same skillet used to cook the bacon and slowly brown the chicken on all sides. About 10 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
Bake the chicken uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the honey, salt, curry powder, and mustard.
After 30 minutes remove the chicken from the oven, drizzle with the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.
To serve, top each chicken breast with crumbled bacon and drizzle with extra sauce. Serve with rice and roasted broccoli!
