These crispy chicken Caesar wraps with croutons are made with warm seasoned chicken breast, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons wrapped in a tortilla and toasted until golden. They make an easy lunch, quick dinner, or chicken Caesar wrap to go.
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken breasts so they are well coated on both sides.
Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until golden on the outside and cooked through.
Rest and slice
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice into thin strips.
Assemble the wraps
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Spread Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Divide the romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons between the two tortillas.
Roll the wraps
Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla slightly over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap.
Toast the wraps
Place the wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast for 1–2 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is lightly golden and crisp. Serve warm.
Notes
Recipe Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing so it stays juicy.
Lightly crush the croutons before adding them to the wrap so every bite has crunch.
Do not add too much Caesar dressing, or the tortilla may become soggy.
For a chicken Caesar wrap to go, let the chicken cool completely before assembling and keep the wrap chilled.
For extra crispy wraps, toast them seam-side down first to help seal the tortilla.
Storage
These wraps are best served fresh after toasting. For meal prep, store the cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, croutons, and tortillas separately. Assemble the wraps right before serving.Cooked chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
