Line a baking sheet with a metal rack or use a bacon pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray for easy clean-up.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and the roasted garlic olive oil.
Place the wings on the prepared metal rack and bake at 400°F until golden and crispy or about 50-55 minutes.
While the wings are cooking prepare the sauce.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, freshly grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
Once the wings are fully cooked, toss them in the sauce until completely coated.
Spinkle with extra grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Notes
Although I highly recommend the roasted garlic olive oil, you can substitute with regular olive oil.Feel free to adjust the red pepper flakes to your families taste.
