Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Crush Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag.
Mix the Oreos with room-temperature cream cheese either in the food processor or a mixing bowl.
Roll Oreo and cream cheese mixture into 1 inch balls.
Melt Almond Bark and roll or dip Oreo cookie balls in the melted chocolate working quickly, so they don't harden before adding any optional decorations. Place chocolate-covered cookie balls on the prepared cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet in the refridgerator until hardened.
